    揭示土地集约利用与生态文明建设之间的协调发展水平对于提升城市土地利用效率和推动城市与区域的可持续发展具有重要意义。然而,在黄河流域这类生态脆弱和生态问题突出的地区,仍然缺乏对二者耦合关系的深入挖掘。本文以黄河流域58个城市为研究区,以2011-2021年为研究区间,分别构建土地集约利用与生态文明建设综合评价模型,并利用相对发展度模型、耦合协调度模型、核密度估计和空间自相关模型,分析了城市尺度上土地集约利用与生态文明建设的耦合发展状况以及时空演变态势。结果表明:(1)研究期间,黄河流域城市土地集约利用和生态文明建设综合水平呈上升趋势,但不同地区间差异较大,土地集约利用整体水平仍然较低;(2)除个别经济发达的省会城市,绝大多数城市土地集约利用水平滞后于生态文明建设,仅有济南和太原在2021年达到了同步发展状态;(3)黄河流域土地集约利用和生态文明建设水平的耦合协调度总体呈上升趋势,大多数城市由失调逐步转为协调状态,并呈现为东高西低以及明显的空间集聚特征。研究结果可为黄河流域城市高质量协调发展提供实证依据,也可为其它区域提供可供借鉴的研究方法参考。

    Abstract:

    Assessing the degree of coupling and coordination between intensive land use and ecological civilization construction is crucial for enhancing urban land use efficiency and fostering sustainable urban and regional development. Despite this, there is a dearth of in-depth studies on the coupling relationship between these two aspects within the Yellow River Basin, an area characterized by fragile ecology and significant ecological challenges. This paper focuses on 58 cities within the Yellow River Basin as the study area and spans the period from 2011 to 2021. It constructs an evaluation index system for intensive land use and ecological civilization construction based on their coupling mechanism, comprehensively evaluates the levels of both, and analyzes their coupled development using the relative development degree model, coupling coordination degree model, kernel density estimation, and spatial autocorrelation model. The study examines the coupling development status and its spatial and temporal evolution trends. It is found as follows.①The comprehensive level of urban land intensive use and ecological civilization construction in the Yellow River Basin has shown an upward trend from 2011 to 2021, yet there are substantial regional disparities, and the overall level of land intensive use remains low;②With the exception of some economically advanced provincial capitals, the land intensive use in the majority of cities lags behind ecological civilization construction, with only Jinan and Taiyuan achieving synchronous development;③The coupling and coordination degree of intensive land use and ecological civilization construction in the study area is generally increasing, with most cities transitioning from a state of dislocation to coordination, exhibiting a pattern of higher levels in the east and lower levels in the west, with significant spatial clustering. The study"s outcomes offer empirical evidence for the high-quality coordinated development of cities in the Yellow River Basin and can serve as a reference for other regions interested in adopting similar research methodologies.
