    摘要:

    [目的] 构建适合泉州市水资源评价的指标体系,并对泉州市水资源可持续利用进行综合评价。[方法] 结合平水年内泉州市的自然、经济、社会以及水资源资料,采用层次分析法AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)-模糊综合评价方法。[结果] 泉州市水资源可持续利用综合评价结果处于中等水平,这说明泉州市水资源可持续利用状况比较良好。[结论] AHP-模糊综合评价方法简单实用,评价结果与实际情况相符合,对泉州市以及类似地区水资源的管理有一定的参考作用。

    Abstract:

    [Objective] To establish an evaluation index system for the water resources in order to analyze and evaluate the sustainable utilization of water resources in Quanzhou City.[Methods] Based on the data of environment, economy, society and water resources of Quanzhou City at the normal flow year, the AHP and fuzzy synthetic judgment method were used.[Results] The comprehensive evaluation result of sustainable utilization of water resources was in the medium level. And it showed that the sustainable utilization of water resources in Quanzhou City was in good condition.[Conclusion] The AHP-fuzzy synthetic evaluation method was simple and available, and its results accorded with actual situation. It provided certain reference function for the management of water resources in Quanzhou City.
