Plant road of hillside production type that drives the dev elopment of gully slope land is now a practical way to enlarge the living space, relax land shortage, build eco-ag riculture, and also the base of development of agricultural economy today. According to the const ruction capability in countryside and technology condition and the require of realizing nice land and clean river, a method of planning and designing suited to local plant road and the technological system of comprehensive road erosion control are put forward.
