During the process to continue and perfect the established model to exploit gully slope in the seventh five year plane. The key target is to transformation regular agriculture to high productivity, guality,and efficiency agriculture in the eighth five year plane. Initial results have been achived in exploitation and utilization of water and soil resources and fundmental reconstruction to conserve soil and water losses.
